Profile & Preferences

The Profile page is where you review your personal account details and manage preferences that affect your InvyMate experience.

Open your Profile

After signing in:

On desktop, select your name or avatar at the bottom of the left navigation.
On smaller screens, open the navigation menu and select Profile.

The Profile page is for personal account settings. Workspace-wide settings such as categories, locations, team access, and billing remain in Configuration and may require Owner access.

Account details

The account card shows:

your name
your email address
when the account was registered
when the account was last updated

These details are informational on the Profile page.

Preferences

Theme

Use Theme to choose how the signed-in app looks:

New accounts start with Light mode. Your choice is remembered in the current browser, so it is restored when you return to the app on that device.

System follows your device or browser light/dark preference and updates when that preference changes.
Light always uses the light appearance.
Dark always uses the dark appearance.

Account actions

Reset Password sends a password reset link to your account email. This action is available for accounts that use password sign-in.
Log Out ends the current session on this device.
