Layouts Configuration

Layouts lets you control which columns are visible in the Assets and People list tables.

Where to configure

Go to Configuration → Layouts.

What you can configure

• Enable or disable non-mandatory columns in the Assets table.
• Enable or disable non-mandatory columns in the People table.
• Include custom fields as table columns when those fields exist and are enabled.

Mandatory columns remain fixed and cannot be disabled.

In the editor, disabled mandatory-field checkboxes include a hover explanation so users can see why those columns stay locked on.

Why it matters

• Keeps list views focused for each team.
• Reduces horizontal scrolling by hiding unused columns.
• Makes review workflows faster for operations and audits.
